St Martin Orgar, St Martin's Lane,
Cannon Street

After the fire of 1666 only part of the nave and the tower of the church remained standing. Subsequently a group of French Protestants obtained the lease of St Martin Ogar, repaired it, and used it as a place of worship.

The name Orgar comes from Ordgar, the Deacon who granted the church to the canons of St Paul's in the twelfth century.

The church was demolished in 1820.
