Holland House, Kensington

This early seventeenth-century house in the western part of Kensington was, during the Regency period, situated at an ‘agreeable distance’ from the main road. Early 17th century. First built by Sir Walter Cope in 1607, Holland House was the manor house of Abbot’s Kensington.
