Child's Hill House

Child's Hill House, the property and residence of Thomas Platt, Esq., was situated on the western borders of Hampstead parish. It was a pleasing and unostentatious brick building with a cottage roof. It sat in an eminently desirable situation being near the summit of Child's Hill with pleasant and extensive views and several acres of beautiful gardens.
