William Frasier

William Frasier lost both his hands in battle. His allowance as a maimed soldier was very small so he sold sold bootlaces on the streets to support his large family. He lodged in Market-Lane, in the house formerly occupied by Torre, the print-seller, who was the original fire-worker at Mary-le-bone Gardens.
