The Surgeons' new Theatre in Lincoln's Inn Field

 

Standing in the centre of Portugal Row on the south side of Lincoln's Inn Fields was the Hall of the College of Surgeons, or Royal College and Theatre, described as one of the most elegant structures of Georgian London.
