The Fishmongers' Hall, Thames Street

 

The Medieval Hall was destroyed during the Great Fire of London. The building pictured above was completed in 1671. Described as a spacious and lofty hall, it occupyied an extensive plot of land between Thames Street and the river. The building was demolished in 1827 to make way for the new London Bridge.
